CDF was founded with the purpose of reaching out to our communities, in order to help families live healthier lives. We help children of all ages, regardless of insurance status, at our offices. Our Founder, also Owner of CDF, grew up in southern California, is the youngest of eight siblings, and has geared his career and life long passion in promotion of health.
Dr. Jack Nguyen’s achievements include a baccalaureate from UCLA, a post-baccalaureate from UCSF/UOP/SFSU, and a Doctorates of Dental Surgery from USC.
With the goal of giving back to great causes, Dr. Nguyen continues to serve as a prominent board member at USC; wherein, he presides over making decisions that impact our community, in striving to improve lives.
